Shipping Policy


Free Priori Package shipping is offered on all orders delivered to the U.S. Clearance priced orders are not eligible for free shipping. After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, processing times may vary during sales or new product launches. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please note, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system. 

To make sure you're getting the best possible product, we restrict our priority shipping days in warm weather month to Monday through Wednesday to prevent your candle sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend to avoid melting and damaging your order. 

It's the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.

Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen! This service is automatically added to each order, by removing the Route Package Protection from your order, you understand that lost, broken and stolen packages will not be replaced or refunded. Visit to learn more.
