We accept returns within 7-days of purchase. Items must be intact in original packaging without damage.
Damages and issues
Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. This service is automatically added to each order, by removing the Route Package Protection from your order, you understand that lost, broken and stolen packages will not be replaced or refunded. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. There is a 7-day grace period starting from the time the package is marked at "ARRIVED" for a full refund or exchange to be considered.
Only one promotion code can be applied to each order. Promotion code eligible orders will have a section to input your code at checkout. Promotions cannot be retroactively applied to orders placed prior to the start of the promotion. For cancellation requests, please see our Order Cancellation policy below.
Because we ship next day, cancellation requests must be received within 12 hours of purchase. Although the product might not be shipped, the inventory of orders and pre-orders are processed in our system and we are unable to accommodate any changes after 12 hours.
